Bathroom Repair
This job was to temporarily provide us with a shower over the bath - Konstantin explained a way of doing the and once we had ordered the bits required he came back and did the job. The job was done exactly as he explained for the exact price he quoted. Thank you very much.
Emergency / 24 Hour Plumber
Came promptly on a sunny Sunday and fixed the problem. Gave advice on possible further work. Polite and genuine.

Yes I had an emergency and had to travel in abroad . You had no service at all so you cannot judge a service you never had . But I will never consider you in future as you are unhappy person anyway and you will never be happy no matter what ... Good luck to a person who will work with you in future
Bathroom Repair
Slightly later than agreed but acknowledged. Tidy job done. No time wasted. Difficult to assess cost as no alternatives provided but didn't feel unreasonable. Man of few words but still clear on what work was planned and why which was very useful.
