Water from my neighbour's bathroom fried the lights in my flat at midnight, so alarmingly that I turned off the power altogether. I posted the job in the wee hours, LDM quoted at 8:00, came round as soon as I could get home that afternoon, checked that the other circuits were safe, and then came back as scheduled when the ceiling was dry to restore the lights. During this, LDM spotted and addressed two bits of bad wiring elsewhere in the system, all within the original quote. Champion!

Dave fitted an ornamental light fitting for me, attending on a weekday evening, two days after providing a quote. Quickly swapped out the existing light fitting and secured the new one, no hassle - and seemed a very competent and nice bloke.
