after loads of meetings and dicussing what we wanted doing ,a price and time to start job was arranged and agreed the 12th sept .never turned up ,next day NEVER TURNED UP ,gave very poor excuse,next day turned up said weren,t doing it ..no reason given ..left us in a right state as ,we were then abroad on holiday and had left key with neighbour so he was a complete let down

  Carol & Colin, I am sorry you felt that I had let you down, as I felt as if I was the one that had been let down. The room was no where near ready for plastering, wallpaper left on walls, electric light fitting still connected, after 3 visits room was no where like what we had discussed. The reasons we couldnt start were all written down on paper and left on the stairs, and the neighbour said she would make sure you received it.

  You never turned up for two days there was half a $mall wall of wallpaper left which u agreed to remove for us as we had run out of time to finish we left no note was left or found we think u were doing oth er job when u didn't turn up s thinking we were away for two weeks little did u know my daughter was at home to check on u ! U left her Within such a mess to sort . So u knew exactly what the room was like the day we went away u were there so don't pretend u didnT
