Garden Wall
The team involved in this project were professional and offered a high quality building experience from the time to quote, to start date, to the team on site working to schedule. The team were hardworking but also took care to respect the fact that they were working in a home dwelling. The work area was at all times tidy and organized. I would highly recommend and look forward to working with Latom Refurbishment in the future again.
Floor Tiling
Came to replace my hall laminated floor with tiles. Both workers were professional & friendly. Turned up on time and worked hard all day from 8am to 7pm with only a short break for lunch. They therefore completed the job in the time they said they would - 2 days and charged what they said they would. Was a problem when they lay the floor dividers in the wrong place, but when I complained they replaced the tiles & dividers without any argument & were still friendly. Cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Replaced double glazing glass in upstairs window. Since then lets wind, rain in and water when the window is washed. First thought it was frame but on close inspection discovered at the top that there was a space. Clearly the replacement glass is too small for the aperture. I telephoned Latom Refurbishment Ltd. He arranged to inspect on 6 April 2014 in afternoon. Did not come and further attempts to contact him by phone, texting and e-mailing have failed. I am now going to take him to small claims court.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
I wanted a new bathroom fitted, an en-suite made and a bedroom plastered . Greg and his team were fantastic. They were punctual , hardworking and friendly. Any problems I had we're sorted out quickly and with no quibble . I would recommend them to anyone and would be happy to have future customers contact me or inspect their work . Roz in Hitchin
House Extension
Greg and his team have recently completed a complete house refurbishment, 2 story extension and patio on time and on budget and to an incredibly high standard. We are delighted and cannot recommend Greg and his team highly enough to anyone looking for reliable, professional, quality builders who do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. It has been a real pleasure working with greg and his team creating our dream home.
Wooden Doors - External
The company completed outside rendering and renovation of doors and windows, excellent workmen who turned up on time, kept in contact and finished on time. The quality of work is very good and I would use them again.
