Lb was very interested and helpful on the phone. On the day he didn't turn up and claimed he sent someone else. Nobody turned up. Was difficult to contact when he didn't turn up and was dealing with a problem with someone else's house. Unreliable and a smooth talker but does not do what he says. I had guests arriving at 2pm and Nobody to do the clean. Would have nothing to do with his company.
