I had already bought the parts myself from B&Q for £10.98 but the job itself was over-priced at £60 and it only took about half an hour. The tradesman did not clean up after he had finished, we had to do it ourselves. I sent a text asking him to quote me for an outside tap but got no reply, so I'll be getting someone else to do the other job.

I just want to say when I rang Janice up I told her over the phone the cost of the work would be £60.00 which she agreed before hand.I also want to make the point that I had to take the whole toilet out to replace the old syphon making it a bigger job than what I thought but at no extra cost. Also I did not receive any sort of message from Janice regarding the outside tap because if I did I would have been more than happy to help.
