We hired Liam and his co. to inspect and fix any problems in a just-bought house, and they did an excellent job. They quoted us for the initial inspection immediately, kept us informed throughout both on the days and by text between, explained everything they found, updated the quote for the fixes needed quickly, and had attended and completed the second day within a week.
