Very efficient first call to assess the situation. Very polite, and kept me informed that he may be delayed. Provisionally said that job could be done in a few days time, but unfortunately he was called away, and the next 2 days that were suggested I was not available. Now its a 3 week wait. Real shame, because the guy was really nice and I was ready to give him more custom.
