Lee from LMG Plumbing and Gas was quick to survey boiler replacement at a premium rented property. Quote received was discussed fully, price agreed and the LMG team completed the job in one day with all rubbish carted away and the property left tidy. We, as landlords and the tenants were happy with the job.
Gas Boiler - Installation
Complete renewal of 30 year old CH system with a combi boiler and 9 radiators in a 180 year old house. Lee and his team really grafted, particularly when our ancient floorboards crumbled to dust and joists gave way when putting the new pipes in. Lee was unfazed (is that a word?) and not only put the new system in, but renewed all of the old woodwork as well for a very reasonable price. The heating installation is spot on. Very happy to recommend.
Gas Boiler - Installation
Commissioned for a boiler install which failed the Gas Safety inspection twice, invalidating my warranty, despite telling Lee what the problem was on 3 previous occasions. Dismissive and derogatory, in writing, to both myself and my tenant. Simple job turned costly nightmare.
