Lock Fitting / Repair
Not sure what happened to my original rating which I left soon after the job was completed. Happy with the job that Chris and his colleague completed. Did have a small problem with the lock needing adjustment a week or two later. Chris' colleague came back and made some adjustments. I've since oiled the lock and it's working much better. All in all Chris and his partner did a good job, no complaints. I would be happy to engage him again.
Security Gates & Bollard
No work was carried out to install a parking post. First time came on a different date to the one booked, partly because I did not definitively said that it had got to be installed on a certain date. I still compensate them the travelling expenses. Second time, could not do the job because they claimed that they were expecting concrete floor rather than tarmac, despite sending them the photo beforehand. However they are friendly and amicable.

The reason we didn't install the parking post was because the base wasn't good enough to hold the barrier. We had assumed the fact there was a barrier in place before, that there would be concrete to hold it in place, but there wasn't and this is why we didn't fit it,. The 1st day we visited we had arranged previously, there was a car parked in the position. The photo showed tarmac but I couldn't see if the barrier had concrete surround. Sorry, but doing the job incorrectly is not our policy.

Chris the Locksmith turned up when he said he was going to and did a good job of changing a non standard front door lock case and multi point mechanism.
