Excellent from start to finish The quote was the most comprehensive and detailed, altho not the cheapest i had received. However because of the detail I was confident that there would be no other charges and I was right. The two engineers, Simon and owner Chris, acted with courtesy and respect to our property and furnishings. The installation is neat and tidy and looks great. From the first quick response there followed a most informed amiable survey to replace my old boiler. Also to include replacing my bathroom & kitchen taps etc. I had x3 quotes but the most trustable, accommodating one was from Christopher at Lodge Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd. The work was carried out tirelessly throughout by both Shaun & Chris. I can now express how pleased & delighted I am with the whole outcome . Excellent professional service offered from enquiry stage with the lovely Claire (she's a STAR when it comes to customer service), all the way to installation. The guys (Simon and partner) were very friendly, reported for work promptly for the two days of installation and worked tirelessly to ensure that the work was completed to the agreed schedule. First Class Experience I have worked with many contractors over the years, (some better than others!) but Lodge's engineers were absolutely first class. A great attitude, and perseverance to "get the job done properly", despite it running late, and them having a fair distance to get home. I can't recommend them highly enough.
A First Class company, we would certainly recommend. Avery good service, from the word Go. Contact was made with the company, Ian the surveyor came out, in conversation he said that the quote would be with us that day, and it was. A deposit was paid by ourselves, and a date was given for the installation of a new boiler. Chris came to site, as agreed and set to work.
