Very thorough, knowledgable and completed the job without any complaints. We had a slight issue with one of the plumbing joints and they came back first thing next morning to fix it.

Jacek was very reliable, responding promptly to messages and calls and turned up exactly on time at 7am in the morning which was very helpful. He did a very thorough diagnosis and was very familiar with the Boilermate II system which was a pleasant contrast with previous engineers who had visited. The cost of the visit to assess the problem was reasonably priced (£35) but the quote for the repair work was more expensive than elsewhere so I did not proceed.
