Tony worked solidly, cleanly and with clarity at every stage explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was above my budget amount, but he explained on his assessment visit that I was not realistic in my price estimate. This was confirmed by two other possible tenderers whose prices were below Lonsdale's but not far off the mark. I would recommend Tony Skinner to anyone needing this kind of work done.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Lonsdale was the first tradesman to reply & the first arrive at my house. He had ladders to access the roof immediately & took digital photographs of the problem to show me. He was polite & informative about the estimate & explained there may be hidden costs once the job was started. His estimate was within the same price range as other quotes. He gave good time scales for the work & excellent text communication. All work was carried out quickly & efficiently, & all rubbish was removed. Highly recommended.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
