I arrived home from a weekend away to find a leak in my kitchen, which turned out to be caused by a hole in the washing machine hose. Louis contacted me that night and came to fix the problem the following day. He was extremely courteous and friendly and put everything back as he had found it, I would not hesitate to recommend him.
