They were interested but never answered the call. When I called myself the lady could not find my job and then did is fine we can come to have a look with call out fees £85 per hour. But they did not talk business from the start.

Hello Marina, we are sorry you feel the way. There may have been miscommunication regarding your job you had posted. As we said on the phone, if works were carried out then you would have been charged but if we was only attending to assess what was needed you would not have been charged.
