Bathroom Installation
Very disappointed - the job is not finished up to now - bathroom leaked and flooded the kitchen downstairs. Rich came to fix the bath but still leaking - unfortunately, the work has been left unfinished - shower room door not fixed - sink tap, washing machine, dishwasher, outside tap still not done. We could not use the two bathrooms or the kitchen. Full PAYMENT of £1,562.00 paid. I emailed, text, phoned him many times but he didn’t reply. Unprofessional and incompetent.

The client was in dispute with his original builder and plumber. He asked me straight away to be a witness, this I declined. I HAVE NOT been paid in full, I HAVE NOT left leaks and I choose not to work anymore for this person because of him being sparing with the truth. He told me he would leave a bad review if i didn't do extra work for nothing. I notified Rated 3 month ago and he still posted a bad review

From coming to see what I wanted done, to completing the project, Richard and son were reliable. Prompt, polite & hardworking. The job was completed on time, to my complete satisfaction.
