Layne Ives is the proprietor and director of LSI Interiors, a successful family run KBB and building company serving clients in London and the home counties.
Layne has been in the industry since 1990 where he was a sole trader and then opening up his business to become a multi trade team. He, along with the LSI team members, offer a wealth of experience and technical advice.
The business has been built based on customer care, communication and quality workmanship while adding technical support members in each department.
LSI strive to give each and every client the personal touch and customer care is paramount.
We approach every new project big or small with enthusiasm and can offer ideas to suit every budget, along with the experience needed to complete the projects.
The team members are friendly and have all been with LSI for a number of years, which is comforting to all the long standing client's who are happy to re welcome the team back through their door to start on the next project they have planned.

Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
Layne was always efficient and turned up when he said and was great with communication. As it was a rental property we wanted a 'quick' solution, Layne gave his quote in 24 hrs, started the job when he said and it was completed when we wanted for a new tenant to move into the property. Start to finish, 2-weeks. Layne took the effort to completely finish the job to my full satisfaction and never complained when we did some late alterations. Overall LAYNE and Darren worked brilliantly on the job and I will definitely recommend them and use again.

Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
From the initial visit to discuss requirements, we felt very confident of Layne and LSI's ability to deliver a good quality product for our kitchen renovation. Layne was brilliant at sourcing our selected products at good value prices (often lower than we had found), spent time with us discussing design and fully project managed all utility work, plumbing, electricity, work surface, carpentry. In addition, unexpected problems were dealt with professionally and always with a solution. The LSI team, Ben and Darren were always polite, friendly and keen to do the right thing for us as clients. We would definitely recommend LSI.
