Luke was very professional - we organised an appointment for a quote and Luke arrived on time & gave excellent advice & information. In the end we decided not to go ahead due to the upheaval of lifting floorboards which we weren’t aware of.

I should have checked the work before paying.; redundant junction box left sticking up in the air,thick layer of brick dust on french window,wrong lighting alarms fitted.Generally awful.

  I tried repeatedly to ring LTE,but there was no reply..I do not appreciate being told that I had not rung.It says here that the job was "under £100.I paid LTE £220.

  i haven't had 1 missed call from you if i had i would have called you straight back. the quotation was more than 100pound as you wanted me to supply the lights and the work was more than you had specified.

He came, he saw, he knows what I want doing, a routine electrical modification, end of story. Never came back to me, like so many other so called tradesman today1 If it' not an easy, no challenge, job that can be done in an hour for £100, nobody wants it!
