Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Steve was extremely polite and offered me the best quote. He promptly carried out the repair work but sadly, within weeks of the work being done, my roof was leaking badly again. All attempts to contact him since have proved unsuccessful, as calls to the two mobile phones I have for him are always diverted to his voicemail. Not surprisingly, this has left me as an extremely unhappy customer.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Steve did a great job - it turned out the problem wasn't quite what I thought it was, and Steve sorted it out punctually, reliably and effectively. Can't ask for more!
Slate & Tiled Roof
Steve did a great job. He turned up on time and managed to fix the roof quickly before the rain started again and on the original budget he quoted. Also gave us some idea of the state of the rest of the roof, highlighting areas where we may want to do work in the future. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Velux / Skylight Window
Steve was just the person we were looking for. He turned up promptly to provide an estimate. Gave us a good price for the job and then proceeded to do the job quickly and efficiently on the agreed date. He was polite and courteous and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I would highly recommend him for similar work.
