After I posted the high 5 star rating, the quality of work and attention to detail dramatically reduced. One piece of wallpaper was ripped and stuck down again rather than replacing with a new strip. 2 Yrs on, some of the paper is lifting away from the walls. There is a part of it with bubbles. For this I remove 3 stars.

Lets just say i want Lucas to come back to Paint & Decorate the rest of my house!! He's the exact tradesman i needed for the job. Very polite, always on time, great communication, trustworthy with my entire house, no hassle, stress free, great at giving advice on paintwork, materials and other DIY - extremely helpful. An overall credit to Rated People. The work he has done is outstanding, excellent paintwork all round i cannot fault him on anything. Very please. Lucas 100% confidence! Thanks again!! TJ

Lukasz made a very good initial impression (showed up when promised, looked like a professional painter) and had good reviews. After his first day we were not impressed and on the second day in the morning we had to ask him to improve the quality of work. When we came home in the evening, we realised that he was gone without any notice. Disappointing quality of work, unreliable.

The client opinion is unfair. The job was not even started and I did not charge her for my time spend them for job preparation. The quotation did not include any extra work what she ask me for. I hope that her opinion will have no further impact on the my future career.

External Wall Painting
Luckasz turn up on time as promised, the job had a few challenges but Luckasz took them in his stride. Great job and would recommend.
