Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. For obvious reasons I cannot provide any assessment as to his 'quality' or 'value' although I had accepted the price he had quoted me.

  as a favour, prior to the main work booked within 3weeks , even though i had no space in my Diary & as we all know , the Gardens are spouting like mad at the mo, i said i'd attempt to cut Mr Thompsons grass that needed doing sooner. That day work finished at 20.30, i tried to let Mr T. know but i happened to be in a Mobile 'blackspot'. At 8am the following day i text and phoned to arrange another date to do the lawn but herd nothing until 21.00 when Mr Thompson talked to me like a naughty schoolboy ! LOL !

  Let me just reassure my potential customers that i run a very accurate diary, i always let people know if there are changes in advance as i know how frustrating 'No Shows' are. I was truly sorry and apologetic to Mr Thompson , but got no understanding back and as i report above 'sarcasm' in his chat towards me. What can you do ? but laugh it off in the end , because i was upset at the time that he couldn't see it to give me a second chance on that particular occasion.....i wish him well and no ill feelings.

  A second return for Woody . work was thorough and professional. totally pleased in all aspects of work Woody took on . very polite and punctual . The weather was not at its best for this project but he carried on regardless. . Only one thing would improve Woody is a Bic razor ??
