Nice and polite chap. He gave me a fair quote, came on time, completed the job very quickly and professionally. Left no mess. I'm very happy with my new wall moulding.

Internal Painting & Decorating
First and foremost, Eric failed to complete the job on time. He kept promising that things would be finished by certain dates, but he routinely missed deadlines without any accountability. Each time I followed up, I received vague excuses, which added to my frustration. He often didn’t inform me when he was at my home, so I never knew what time he entered. I was at work, and his lack of communication was concerning. To make matters worse, when he finally did show up to finish, he left my home in a mess.

To make matters worse, when he finally did show up to finish, he left my home in a mess. There were biscuit wrappers and debris all over the floor, showing a lack of respect for my space. Additionally, he brought his cousin to my flat without asking for my permission, which felt entirely inappropriate. I felt he didn’t take the job seriously. Eric's attitude throughout the process was unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns about the quality of the work, he became defensive instead of collaborating.

When I hesitated to pay full price for such a bad job, he refused to return my keys at the end of the day, which I found unacceptable. He completely destroyed my flooring and I need a new floor. I cannot recommend Eric as a decorator. Save yourself the headache and look for someone who values professionalism and respects
