Complete Bathroom Refurbishment

Took a long time to get started & working days seemed to finish at 2:30pm. Despite this we were generally happy with the work done until we contacted Maurice about a fault with one of the units. It has warped & split after less than 3 months despite us being careful in keeping the bathroom wet. Maurice will not come out to repair it (despite presumably the unit having a warranty!) & is ignoring our repeated requests to do so. We paid nearly £4000 for this bathroom & feel so let down and disappointed. Avoid.

  No accusations. Just messages asking for unit to be repaired. Was told it was due to our own misuse, which it was not & which was rather shocking, then no reply to repeated messages for days until AFTER this rating was left. Still need repair completed. Very disappointed.

  Hi Maurice. Still Christa Margieson. Still simply asking for the warranty details for the bathroom units please. Have taken advice & am happy to take it further if simply letting us have the warranty details is a problem. Blaming it on whatever 'basin misuse' might be is not acceptable. Thank you.

Came and measured up a month ago but hasn't bothered to give me a quote. I called him and left a message to ask how it was going but again hasn't bothered to reply. He seemed keen to do the work!

I cannot praise Maurice and Mark highly enough.The communication was excellent,they are professional,pleasant and their work is to a high standard.The price they quoted was fair,they took waste away and we're clean and tidy-what more can you ask.We will defiantly be asking them to do more jobs for us in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Maurice is an absolute gem. He completed many different jobs for us. The quality of his work is unquestionably of the highest standard. Nothing is too much for Maurice and his communication throughout all the work was just great. Moreover Maurice is a real gentleman and I wouldn't ever hesitate recommending him to others.
