About
We are two Polish partners and friends, who have been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Initially we started as sub-contractors, but clients started recommending us to other family members and friends and our direct work increased very quickly. Finally we decided to start our own company and M&P Dream house Constructions was born.
Over the past years, we have worked on over 200 projects – anything from new builds to extensions and kitchen & bathrooms. We handle small and large projects with the same level of detail, professionalism and service.
We know, that if our clients are happy then we will be referred and therefore a 100% client satisfaction is key to our business.
Over 80% of our work is through referrals and we wish to keep it this way.

Did a great job on our home!
We undertook a detail led architecturally designed extension. We approached several builders with the design and were impressed by Mareks ability to quickly understand the details of the plans, foresee issues and find solutions. He was up front about prices and quick to adjust it if we added/removed elements. The project was delivered on time and they tolerated us being fussy and changing our mind about small details! We are incredibly pleased with the final project and would recommend M&P dream house.
I have now been working with M&P Dreamhouse for over a decade, we have completed many projects together. The most recent of these projects was the full refurbishment of 5 apartments in Dalston, Hackney. In the space of only 6 months, M&P's team completed all wiring, plumbing, kitchens, flooring and decorating for 5 apartments totalling 4000 sq ft. The project was completed on time and budget, and Marek was a pleasure to deal with. The apartments have a now all been rented at record prices.
House Extension
Marek and Piotr (M&P Dream House) have just completed an extension project of my garden flat in London. This was a challenging project with complexities due to lack of side access, a big mature tree in the garden (deeper foundations) and shortage of building materials. M&P team overcame all the difficulties almost effortlessly! Everyone on their team had very good work ethic, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
