Mark was quick and provided me with a solution even when others couldn't commit. He guaranteed his price and undertook the work without keeping me waiting. His assistant let him down but he didn't make excuses and continued the work anyway. The price was as I expected not cheap (but certainly not expensive). I got what I paid for.
