Home Improvements
Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????
Plaster Skimming
We found M Design and Build very helpfull in the way he designed own kitchen and bathroom and the way everything was to help us be happy with the end product,Milan has made a big job seem very stress free, and will be recommending him to many freinds.Look out Milan you are going to be busy.Many Thanks Barry and Debs.
External Rendering
I found Milan a very pleasant guy to do business with. He gave a competitive quotation at our first meeting and within two weeks the work was done. David, his plasterer, worked tirelessly throughout the 3 1/2 days it took to complete the job. The site was kept tidy, with plastic sheeting laid under the work area. I have now decided to get Milan to paint the render work, once it has dried out, as my wife says I am now too old to go up ladders!

Plaster Skimming
I am very pleased with the standard of work. Milan was very polite and helpful. There was very little mess and he cleaned up after himself. The finish achieved on the plastering was excellent and we will be calling M Design and Build back for our future plastering work.
