mark came to re-render a small wall, plaster & add a vent for a tumble drier in Dec 15. A small job but tricky. The job was done but when my husband came home, he said the vent had not been sealed properly. Also, be careful to agree a price as I was charged top of our budget and ended up feeling a little ripped off - £250 was our max and if I am honest I didn't know what expect to be charged the full amount. My husband went mad with me for not checking first. Apparently the job shouldn't have cost so much.
