Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Slate & Tiled Roof
Less than 18mnths after it had been completed, it has fallen off again. I have tiles on my house that have been on for over 15 yrs, so would have expected thgis to have lasted longer....

Following previous comment, Martin made immediate contact with me to apologise and offered to replace the ridge tile free of charge and apologised for the inconvenience this has caused. Martin has replaced this today and has done a tidy job. I would definitely use him again as it says a lot about an individual who is prepared to rectify the issue even 18 months on.
