Zinc / Metal Roof
Michael contacted me until he got my permission to inspect the property this weekend. He did that and got back to me immediately with a quote which I got him to email to me. I am now considering whether I can afford to proceed but thus far I cannot fault his enthusiasm fo the job. His overall review is good at 4.5 stars but I will have to ensure that leaks will be properly fixed before I proceed.
Mould / Damp Control
MJR Builders did an excellent job fixing up the side of the house where there was obvious water ingress. He quoted for the job yesterday and arrived at the agreed time today to do the work. I appreciate the 5-year guarantee from Mr O'Reilly.
External Wall Painting
Couldn’t fault the service. Responded quickly, completed the job to a good standard. Said what he did, did what he said. No messing. Will use him again.
Chimney Building / Repair
Arrived on time - worked hard - good price and explained all the issues as we went along
Slate & Tiled Roof
Michael turned up as agreed and his assessment tallied exactly with that of the structural surveyor. The work was done within a week. Great stuff :)
