Can"t fault the work done, the guys arrived on time and I was given a clear job description in writing. The work was completed on time and for a really good price. The guys worked hard and although it was only a day job they completed the work on time. I would certainly use Michael and his workers again and would recommend them. He has obviously improved his work ethic greatly from the previous reviews.
Garden Wall
Came to give quote. Agreed price and shook on it. He said he's bring the contract round the following day but didn't turn up. After chasing up (twice) he changed the price and added £2500. Needless to say we didn't go with him.

We went to site to give a estimate of what the customer said was a wall with 3500 bricks and estimated him for that and then when we calculated up size of wall to what he wanted and it was 4500 bricks so befor we gave quote I telephoned him And told him what extra cost it would be

This may be the case... However it took 2 texts and a phone call, and several days, to get you to give me this information. And then you hiked the price up by £2500 for 1000 extra bricks!! I suggest you have a look at the Rated People suggestions for prices for set jobs! Sorry this didn't work out. You shook my hand at the price we agreed on site. I was happy with that and with your timescale. Unfortunately your initial quote was nearly 50% out!
