Nigel contacted and we arranged a time which suited me well with my working hours. He arrived on time, assessed the job. He had to go and buy a spare part but had the job done with a full explanation of what he was doing throughout. He was in the house for about an hour. The charge was the call out fee which I considered very reasonable. A very pleasant personality, no attempting to add to the job. Very pleased.

Power Showers and Pump
A fantastic tradesman. When he arrived exactly on time to quote us a price for the work, I was impressed. We had already had tried two plumbers, one of them didn't turn up, the other arrived very late and gave us an extortionate quote. When Nigel quoted for the job, he made it clear the price included everything even if the job took him longer than he anticipated. He completed the work quickly and left bathroom clean and tidy. We were so impressed we got him to do some other little jobs we hadn't got round to doing. Again he quoted for the work and he arrived at the time we had arranged. If you want a reliable, friendly plumber, who produces quality work at a fair price, you can't go wrong with Madi-flow. Highly recommended.
