We experienced two major problems during the refurbishment both unrelated to their work but John and Anthony dealt with them both professionally and with the minimum of added disruption. John recently renovated my bathroom... He was on time to do the initial estimate, was really helpful while discussing my requirements and gave a very competitive quotation... After agreeing to the job, John gave me a prompt date for the work to begin, with timescales to complete the work... John was on time every day and completed the work to a high standard. He completed the work within the timescales of his original quote and I'm really pleased with the outcome... I can't thank John enough!
