Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
I have a problem with my electric water heater . Andy fitted a new thermostat. There were still problems and I suggested a new timer. He came back, fitted this and said it should be sorted so I paid. About 3 weeks later, the problem returned. Andy agreed to come back but didn't show up and has ignored me since. Just had someone else round - he said the new timer is broken and has been miswired so could not have been done by an electrician?! Very frustrating and I still have the problem. Cannot recommend.
