Wouldn’t recommend Cancelled less than 24 hours before they were due to do the work, cancelled via a text, and they’ve ignored my reply - not heard from them since.

We have just reviewed the conversations again, and as mentioned before, we will provide you with further appointment suggestions as soon as we know when the floor fitter is medically able to continue. Unfortunately, his health situation has not changed yet, so we have not been able to give you an update. We hope to be able to resume the work in the future. Best regards
