Rob communicated well all through the work. He worked carefully, without rushing, and it was clear that he was determined to do a good job, which he did. Very good outcome.
Keith was one of the nicest guy I have ever met. He is not someone who does the job in a hasty way. He takes time, understand the existing plumbing system and then provide the best solutions. I have used his services twice and both the times, I am very happy. Will always quote reasonable price. Will definitely use Keith in future in case of any plumbing or heating issues.

Rob did a good job replacing a toilet flush mechanism. He explained what needed doing when the position of the flush needed changing with additional pipework.. He was courteous, clean and tidy.
Skirting Board Installation
Rob did a great job on my leak damaged kickboards in kitchen. My kitchen was good quality and I had no idea on cost - helped me massively with that. He sourced matching kickboards, and carefully fitted them for me - it looks so much better! He also thought about usability of washing machine drainage and so on. Worked really hard, respected my garden and house tidiness, and would recommend. He will come back in spring for garden tap replacement too! Recommended.
