Bathroom Installation
Mark did an amazing job of converting an old brick coal shed into a shower, we and utility room. They job was completed quickly and at a very good standard, I would definitely recommend him.

Marc promised he would come back after Christmas and put right some mistakes he had made (he plumbed the washing machine in the wrong place so we couldn’t open the door) It’s been over 10 months and he won’t return my phone calls and his work that looked good when it was done is now falling apart, (floor tiles cracked, shower not sealed, etc)

Gas Boiler - Installation
Marc & mark did a good job at a reasonable price. They gave me a price for second fit to the bathroom which was acceptable. They left some work saying that they would complete the job at the second fix. Marc made an appointment to fit the bathroom which he did mot keep, no call or apology. I made many calls. texts and e=mails all were ignored. Mark phoned to make a further date, did not turn up again no call or apology. Marc took exception to my rating and said he had been to busy and would not complete.

Marc turned up on time and provided a competitive quote which I was happy with and completed the work same day. Has since done other repairs which I have been happy with

I was more than happy with the work Marc and his partner carried out. The job was completed quickly, cleanly and on budget. I wiill definately use them again for any other plumbing work I need.
