MARK TURNED UP DEAD ON TIME AND HIS WORK WAS FAULTLESS, WHILE ON THE ROOF HE FOUND ANOTHER BROKEN TILE WHICH HE ALSO REPLACED AT NO EXTRA COST.HIS QUOTE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND WORKMANSHIP CLEAN AND TIDY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM

I was disappointed with the service we received from this trader. I asked for a roof leak to be investigated, Mark said he knew what problem was a cracked tile but because on ridge line would be a big job. We asked him to go ahead but once work done leak had not stopped and the tile replaced was fitted in 20 mins so not big job. He then said I needed a new flat roof as that was problem, I have since employed a new roofer who found problem not to be flat roof but the main roof tiles.

  I am sorry that you feel that way, but I did the job quoted as discussed over the phone (replaced broken tile). As for the leak, it was clear on my second visit that it was coming through the flat roof, and flat roofs are not my area of expertise. Regarding it being a big job, I priced £90 and visited the property three times, which was a total of 72 miles travel, and only received £30. I hope that you have got the roof sorted.

  You claimed fixing the cracked tile would solve the problem of leak. The 1st of 3 visits was to quote the job, the 2nd was to fix it and the 3rd was to show what had been done. The £90 quote wasn't for 3 visits only 1 and it wasn't the flat roof leaking it was main roof which has now been fixed.
