It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN

As anyone can see I have all positive ratings, , I'm not surprised that this woman has made up all this , she an awful woman to work for and the house was a health hazard , we took the job out of pity for her , I did finish the job and she did pay , there was dispute over the many extras , that we carried out ,and I knew the result would be a bad, I'm really not worried you can never please some people , and she still owes me £380

we contacted Rated people because we couldn't find a builder who would even come out to look st the problem leak. Mark was the only one to respond and we are so glad he did. He found and rectified the problem and as he needed to match tiles left the bathroom in a useable condition. He returned as promised and finished the job to a more than satisfactory standard. We were very impressed with his work and would use Mark again.

Mark Fleetwood was the only person to respond to my request having searched for someone to diagnose and rectify a fault with the hot water supply in my kitchen for nigh on a year. Mark arrived promptly, gave me a reasonable estimate and we proceeded. The bathroom shower had also failed and needed replacing; Mark replaced that too. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark Fleetwood for professionalism and personability; thank you Mark!
