Mark is an absolute gentleman, very decent and courteous in his dealings. His work is perfect and hassle free to deal with Mark. Also, he is very tidy with his work and came with his own vacuum cleaner as well. Definitely, recommend Mark to all and give more than five starts, if I could!

  Sometimes, passage of time provides an insight into the quality of work & reliability of a tradesman. Soon after my job was done, two windows developed internal condensation. Mark initially defended but visited us to have a look & accepted his fault. Promised to have this fixed. But time after time,after repeated calling he kept on providing fake promises & finally has now stopped taking my calls as well. My strong advise-avoid. If a windows expert cannot handle a window, then you can guess his skill level!

  4 months later you contacted me to say that 2 of 24 sealed units I had secured for you had blown (i.e misted up) and you claimed this was down the work I had completed. I advised that this could not be my error, and not at any point did I accept this but as a genuine tradesman I offered to change these 2 units for you at no extra cost to yourself.

  After extensive research (at my own time and cost) of trying to source these old style beads my attempts were futile and found these were unlikely to be found. My final recommendation was that new windows would be needed if you required this problem to be rectified. Your windows were fitted over 12 years ago, and unfortunately sealed units from time to time do blow.

  I am sorry for your issue but blaming an honest tradesman who has done nothing but try to help is not conducive. As you can see, many other people on this site and others are very pleased with my work and I have had many ongoing recommendations and repeat work from them.
