Cannot fault Marriotts Multitrade, work was carried out to a high standard, cleared up afterwards, no hidden extras and didn’t ask for any upfront money, also kept to the timeframe quoted.

The flat rate for the job was a bit unfair as it was a quick job of adjustment, taking only ten minutes, which I could actually maybe have done myself if I had realised how easy it was, but this was company policy. The honest and pro man himself felt sorry and bad for me that I would be charged so much, and he agreed to the minimum fee for the job that he could charge according to the company rules which was £87 plus vat. He was then free to do other jobs. I think some changes should be made to this policy.

Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
He quoted when he said he would, stuck to the price, extra work was agreed with a price on a text message and his work was good. He tidied up as he went along and was courteous at all times. I'll be asking him to quote for my next project.
