Despite being told that he would contact me once he had received the parts of the window he needed, I have heard nothing for the past week. I will now need to find someone else who can get the job done. I wouldn't mind if he could not get the parts, but he has not contacted me either way, and so, I have been left wondering what is happening. I have left messages on his phone, but have heard nothing more.

I left several messages on Ms Sroka's answerphone and she never returned my calls, unfortunately I'm left with no alternative but to withdraw my services.

Steve's a great guy, it was a bit of a novel project to build but he has done a great job and I could have not have asked more from an obviously skilled tradesman.

arrived when he said he would .did a great job in fitting the two doors and left the work area just as he found it as he cleaned up after he had finished .would recommend them to any one else ,I have asked them to fit four more doors for me
