When you invite us to do any work for you we will go above and beyond to provide you with a 1st class service every time.
We will always work around you and your schedule, we understand everyone have different work schedules so we can work to suit those schedules and provide out of hours surveys and jobs as and when required
We can’t say we will be the cheapest nor most expensive, but we can say we will charge you accordingly for the job to be done right 1st time. We don’t cut corners and we always follow all regulations at all times.
We will never do any work with our you knowing and understanding the costs.
We are a Cardiff based company providing services in the domestic and Commercial heating and gas sector.
I set up Marshall Heating Solutions in February 2020, I have been in the industry for 21 years and I have gained invaluable experience in all aspects within the profession being a heating service, repair and installation engineer covering anything plumbing, heating and gas within domestic and commercials buildings.
There really isn't much that I haven’t come across and experienced within the field, during my working career.
I have successfully been a heating manager for a couple of successful heating business, before taking the plunge and setting up this company myself. I also have all the relevant training and qualifications required to complete all lines of work within the industry.
All our quotations are free off charge and we never charge a call out fee Just a fair hourly fee off £65 & vat.

Gas Boiler - Installation
I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. I would recommend them any time.

Ben and John were amazing, very efficient and the full job of decommissioning of back boiler and full new heating system installed. Can not recommend enough. After some communication issues on the app, Ben contacted me, visited the property and quoted promptly. He displays great attention to detail, is generous with information, and adapts quickly to unforeseen situations: everything you would like when doing important work in your property. Like him his employees are helpful, polite, and considerate. Overall a pleasant experience and I will be looking forward to seeing him again in the future.
Gas Boiler - Installation
After having no heating or hot water due to our old baxi boiler being condemned Ben came and quoted for the job and when we accepted the quote started 2 days later. He ran into various problems due to the age of the house and the previous baxi system but came up with solutions. Everything is now up and running we had a new condensing boiler and wireless thermostat fitted and are now set up for the winter
