We are a property maintenance company, based in Sevenoaks, Orpington and Biggin Hill, Kent, and servicing the surrounding areas
We undertake all home improvements work, including renovations and decorating, and drainage. We also do all general handyman work, from hanging doors, replacing taps, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, security lights, and TV's, and even changing your toilet!
Additionally, we offer outdoor services, such as glazing, roof repairs, guttering, driveways, fencing, down-pipe restoration, garden maintenance, tree removal, pond building, custom shed design and build, and anything else that you need to create your outdoor oasis.

Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.
uPVC Windows & Door
Marvellous Maintenance were prompt and friendly. They assessed the issue with my patio doors which had a gap between the door and the frame. They told me they needed to install replacement hinges. They ordered thse and returned and installed them. No gap, and the door now locks and unlocks easily too! Thanks!
Darren and Marvin have always been friendly and professional and all the varied works completed have been to a great standard and finish. Highly recommended.

Martin and Darren were absolutely superb. They arranged a time to come to my property, quoted quickly and returned to do the work in a week. I was very grateful for their help as my window could have fallen out onto a conservatory and I have x2 small children! Thank you so much and I hope you can do more work soon. Home Maintenance / Repair
Our wet room had developed a leak from silicon and grouting deterioration. Marvin and Darren were very thoughtful. Took care in finding matching colours for the repairs. They were also careful not to rush the job through the stages of removing and cleaning the loose tiles. Applying the adhesive. Allowing it to fry for a few days. Returning to apply the grout and silicone to deliver a seamless finish. The works were carried out with great care and respect for our property and to our full satisfaction!
