Charles and his colleague arrived exactly at the promised time. They had come prepared with all the necessary equipment and floor coverings. The work was carried out very professionally particularly the finishing touches. The fridge/freezer was disconnected (and reconnected later) and moved so that there was no damage to the floor. When the job was completed the area was left was as they found it. A job well done
