Floor Sanding & Finishing
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Black Tar Substance was a Carpet adhesive which was a asbestos substance

Great service from Sam, did a great job repairing a chest of drawers. Picked it up from the house, carried it down a flight of stairs and brought it back again when ready. Would highly recommend and will use again. Thanks!
