Great communication. Very nice and went above and beyond to fix my issue! Had numerous professionals come to try and fix my problem (boiler stopped working) and were unsuccessful. Problem was fixed within 10 minutes. I will always get him to do any future jobs.

The electrician did not install a grade A smoke detection system as requested in the title of the job. Instead he installed a grade D system which I only found out after the property failed a fire risk assessment for my HMO. I have tried contacting the electrician a number of times to rectify the issue but received no response at all. Very poor. I now have to pay again to rectify the job.
