DO NOT USE. Hoped recent reviews were a blip but unfortunately not. Made upfront payment for materials for a shower replacement. When works ‘complete’ he left keys, invoiced for full amount & pushed for payment. When I queried outstanding works (grouting, sealing, removing old shower) he said would be completed. 3 missed appointments later I had enough. He said take a days labour off & again pushed for payment, then said had copied keys and would remove the shower that day if I did not pay! Very unpleasant.

Mike was really communicative giving updates & progress reports throughout the job. Took longer than he estimated mainly due to ordering a part & partly due to his other commitments, but cannot complain with the work carried out or the cost.
Power Showers and Pump
DO NOT USE. Mike turned up late (I had to get out of work for 2 hours), did not complete the agreed work and tried to charge full price for the work. A concrete breaker was invoiced for £110 yet no concrete was broken after completion, Mike still tried to charge for the rental of the tool yet no receipt was provided. It goes without saying that we did not pay for the tool. I strongly recommend not using M.B Plumbing.

The amount was deducted from final price.
Radiator
Horrible Experience. 1. Arrived late 2. Could not fix the problem 3. Left a leak in the radiator open so our wooden floor has a bit spot now! 4. Worst thing, did not come back to fix the leak. stopped answering text and stopped taking calls.

I was called very promptly which was good and we made an appointment. However the man did not turn up nor did he call with any explanation. I won't be using these people!
