Matt responded very quickly to my request and we were able to agree a time for the inspection to be carried out. He was on time and very thorough carrying out the inspection, he identified a couple of areas that required attention and with my consent carried out the work at the time. His price was competitive and he provided the written report very promptly. He was professional throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or using him for work again in the future
