NOT WHAT THE STAR RATING SHOULD BE - IT MAY END UP 5 STAR. as we are still waiting for a quote. It has been a month since requesting it, I don't know if its the contractors delay, my letting agents delay, or the tenants, but it still needs to be done quickly.

Radiator
Needed 2 new radiators supplying and fitting. The guys turned up on time. They used materials to absorb any water to protect my floors. They balanced the system to ensure heat was being evenly distributed. When they went up stairs to release some pressure in the radiators upstairs they took their boots off, which I thought was very considerate. When the new radiators were fitted they waited until my central heating warmed up to ensure everything was in order. Very pleased, definitely use again. Great job.

Very happy with the service provided by Matthew and his team. He immediately understood what was needed & provided advice and reassurance. The job wasn't straight forward also needed to be scheduled for a specific date in the future to fit in with other contractors, which wasn't a problem. Overall Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, including a value for money quote, and the team also left everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use MD Electricals Solutions again.
