Matt immediately offered to attend property for the quote to see what work was actually required so there were no surprises on top of the quote. He listened to what was required, eg the best boiler setup for an older tenant and provided advice without being pushy. The work was of a very high standard, done one day and then rechecked that all was functioning the next. Very neat work and very patient with the setup of the smart system. Reassuring about all of the possible issues I was worried about.
